"Friends" and IM's

Well, I'm not a call center tech, but I do tech support for my "friends" and I am a Network Admin for a small office in Addison. Anyway, a "buddy" of mine recently im'ed me with questions about AVG. Now, I've used AVG for about a year and a half now, I think it's great, etc etc. My "friend" IM's me and asks what I think about it. What follows is the log of that conversation. I debated on changing the names of the innoc...I mean guilty, but I seriously doubt he reads this here. On to the log:

I swear...that one had me going for awhile.....I think I laughed for twenty minutes after that last line.
