Hi I am new here, I work on a internal support desk for a world wide computer company. I have read some of your entries and I know your PAIN and get users that do not know what a start menu is. One guy thought that a mouse was gun and he shot things on the screen with it.

I can imagine trouble-shooting with the mouse guy.

"Can you please shoot the start menu with your gun"
"Ok, now shoot the control panel"
