The other day one of our supervisors (not a team leader, really just one above a normal rep, they're meant to support the reps if they need direction etc) , he told one of the reps : "No, customers can't browse by IP. Some sites will work but not all of them. The only reason we can do it from here is because we are on the network"

What the fuck...

What do you think the internet is? Is there a txt file in the WEB directory of windows which has the name of EVERY FUCKING SITE ON THE INTERNET!?!?

Oh yes, I know where google is, its at 68 Mettle Drive. Fuck me..

I didn't even get an interview for the role.. Mostly because of my sick days.. BUT COME ON!!!
