That reminds me of when one of my less-informed coworkers told a customer that "SpyBot" was a virus.

Granted, there is one named spybot, but that made its rounds like 5 years ago, and hasn't harmed an OS since 98SE I think.

Regardless, I jumped out of my chair and smacked the tech with a magazine.
