The last time my Firefox attempted a connection to doubleclick was immediately before I installed AdBlock (http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&id=10&vid=215)

I don't know if 0.9.3 has the bug, but I remember the OSX version of Firefox had a bug where you won't get the menus for an extension if you only have one installed.

You have to install another extension (I recommend Firesomething for laughs) and then the first one will work properly.

Installing Firesomething on all the computers here at work got a lot of confusion out of my coworkers :)

Everytime IE tries to connect to doubleclick, Spybot is nice enough to ask me if I'd like to tell it to smegg off.

AdBlock is the world's greatest extension, indeed. I get annoyed at work now, since I have to use IE at work.

My recommendation for a secondary extension would be Paste and Go. Simple, but I use it all the time.
