I'm extremely fond of it.

AOL and their software have kept me gainfully employed for really good money for 3 years now.

Hey, and now AOL can look into your computer for problems. Thats what I want. AOL looking into my computer, looking for what it thinks are problems.

AOL has found a problem. We are going to delete any DLL files because they are inherently evil. Hope you didn't need 'em.

I hate them, but keep them as a back-up on my computer (I don't pay for the account, it's just an SN on my dad's account that I've had since forever. Also, AOL for OS-X isn't as intrusive as AOL for Windows is)

AOL has enabled a generation of people who should not be allowed to use a computer access to one. For this, they must be crucified at the stake.

The AOL software in use in Australia (That's right folks, AUSTRALIA ONLINE [shudder]) seems to grab a hold of tcp/ip and say NO MORE!! THIS PROTOCOL IS MINE FROM NOW UNTIL THE END OF TIME!!

WHAT DO YOU MEEEEEAN YOU WANT TO INSTALL A BROADBAND MODEM!! NO! NOT FOR YOU!!

MWAAHAHAHAH

So yeah, I fucking love AOL, I mean, why wouldn't you? They censor the internet for the benefit of their moronic customers, they provide shitty proprietary software and they confuse people as to what the internet actually is.. FANTASTIC

EXACTLY. AOL 9.0 does that. It installs dial-up adaptors all willy-nilly in your network properties, thus rendering Internet Explorer nigh on useless.
