Its an odd occurrence, so I thought I'd share..

I'm having one of those days when I'm completely relaxed, albeit somewhat bored. The queues are almost completely dead and I take a call roughly once in 15 mins.. A comfortable time span.

I've spoken to a few morons, and a few rabid arseholes... None of it is bothering me, my patience knows no bounds and an emotional diatribe from some luser in the middle of the outback is like water on a duck.

Just one of those days I guess..

The key to being happy in a tech support role is to have it all be water off a duck's back. The only thing that ever bothered me was people with parrots, cause the sqawking hurt my ears.

You must support a very parrot-dense area! I've gotten lots of barking dogs (and in one case, a customer irate enough to kick one to quiet it down) but never once a parrot.

Sadly not. Nor was 'Er, I'll have to call back later, Damien's just set fire to the sofa.'

So we should be looking to "Tech goes on record breaking murder rampage" on the news tonight?
