heh. That actually beats out, "I rebooted the entire computer with the last tech." I took another minute and a half to get out of her that she meant, "reformatted and reisntalled."

Yeah...anytime a starfish...er...customer tells me they rebooted their whole computer I just take it as a format and reinstall and dont question it any further.
