Armed with Starbucks and a sense of entitlement they will call. They will berate, abuse and sigh loudly when their way is not had.
I too am armed, but with knowledge, experience and with the most important tool of all. Admin access to all of their machines.
So here I sit, lying in wait, as it were, for the first one to strike at me.
