bad name to good techs
Jul. 19th, 2004 01:05 pmWhy is it that good techs still have to muddle through the shit of helpdesk or dumb fuck first line techs.(i know there are many good ones out there but i must be calling the wrong places) I just spent 2 and a half hours dealing with HP's online support and the final answer was " ....call out HP Services Technical Support as: 1800...."
