Body: I need to get a new server(Think that's what it's called) added to my computer. Thanks
Time: 1:20
Subj: ????
Body: I need something to be added onto my computer.
My response:
Can you be a little more specific? You need access to one of the servers, or you need something physically added?
(Is this also what the second email you sent was about? If it's an emergency, please call us, as email isn't always the fastest way to get in touch with us.)
His reply back:
I moved to another computer in the office because mine keeps messing up(pop ups, etc.)........ I cannot find the server we save everything on, and I need to it to do my work. Both emails are about the same thing. I think I need the server to be actually added on to my computer. They have added it before on this computer, but I guess since I am under my name, it does not show up or it is in a different place. It's........ foralexis...... I'm not sure of the whole name but that's the main part of the server

And yes, email really isn't the fastest way to find us -- our help desk generally isn't way too busy, so usually we'll pick up the phone immediately.
