mostly (due to the mind-boggling number of customers we support) it's not due to me in particular, but more to my lack of middle-eastern accent.

Apparently I do the job in 5 min that took the clients last ISP 3 days to do.

Another really big ego boost, is when you've talked to someone. They hung up on you thinking you didn't know what you were doing. Then they call back in and get referred to you as the only one that can fix them by your manager's manager!
