So. Almost to the end of the day where I had to explain to a customer that it's a bad idea to install Windows Xp on top of itself just because it is, and no, I don't have a patch to make it work better, I get my first true, certifyable luser.

Refuses to belevie that he doesn't have to go into the "setup window" to configure things so that his extra stick of memory will work. Gets nervous when i have him take his DSL out of the startup tab in MSConfig. Gets nervous again when he sees his DSL listed as being on his LAN. Get nervous yet again when I have him set his internet options to "never dial a connection". Can't understan at all how he got a porn site as him homepage and new browser bars after he opens a pornospam and clicks to download a FREE XXX MOVIE!!11!, because, hey, free movie, y'know?

Goes nigh-apesh!t when "my monkey froze! Why did my monkey freeze?"
"Your monkey?"
"Yeah, the monkey, you know, Bonzy!"

I felt I had to explain to him that Bonzai Buddy is not a TCWMNBN product, and so I cannot support it at all.

The kids at the school I work at went through a phase of installing it on as many machines as they could. It was a bugger to uninstall too.

I once kept a picture of the Bonzi Buddy on my desktop as an active desktop item at work, praying my boss would see and have a coronary.

Unfortunately, he never noticed, he's in his mid-20s, in extraordinary physical condition, and never did. =/
