Client: So I was looking, and we've got this ABCD switch box, and it says black box. Is it like on the airplanes?
Me: Uhh ... what?
Client: You know, is it like the black box on the airplanes? I was thinking, airplanes have black boxes, and we've got black boxes ... so is it the same?
Me: Uh ... no. No, it isn't.

(thankfully, the reboot finished then...)

Should have said "Yes.. It's the same.. It knows everything you've ever done on the computer.." and seen how much paranoia you could have started.. No wait.. On seconds though, that would have caused more of a headache, but it would have been fun.
