Customer called into one of my techs this morning:

Customer: I marked my email to be deleted, then clicked the "delete" button, Then I clicked the "Purge" button. THEN I realized I needed that stuff back, so get them back for me.

Tech: Once they are purged, they are gone. Completely off the server.

Customer: {insert favorite profanity, repeat over and over}

*disconnect*


Tech: You have a better chance of finding your email by looking up my ass, in my intestine, encrypted on a peanut, than on our mail server.
