First off, don't call me WHILE you are stoned and the sound of your friends hitting the bong in the background is not amusing. I don't care how much you are paying us, I do not want to hear about how much you like Funions. No, your account isn't working and yes, it is suspended. You will never get to know that because you can't validate any account information - because you are high. And a quick reminder, an e-mail address is not the same as your password, a phone number isn't the same as your password, and your NIC handle is not the same as your password. You will know it is the password because it will probably have the word PASSWORD written next to it. Stoners.

I've come to the conclusion that people should make their password actually password. It would make them remember I think anyways

kinda reminds me of the call i got that sounded like 3 people rolling around on the floor, speaking in tongues, and fighting over whose turn it was to hit the bong. eventually one of then piped up with HABLA NO ENGLAIS, so i promptly transferred them over to the spanish support queue. let them deal with it.

Perhaps they could do with a few extra brain cells to be used for memory. Most of my passwords are the same, for this very reason. It makes them a hell of a lot easier.
