After a week of emailing the call centre manager (on a semi-public list) asking him why pay levels suck so much in the company; after a week of him using empty rhetoric, transparent bluster and subtle intimidation as replies; after a final spate of emails in which this confused ape seemed to finally understand that the staff in this company are near breaking point -

I am going to be having a meeting to discuss the future plans for the call centre etc, with the head of our internal support team.

Woo. We've gone from public humiliation of the manager by a lowly rep to -

me having a meeting with a person completely irrelevant to the issue at hand.

I feel disappointed and misdirected.

I've been directed to write up a list of queries. I don't think this manager tool really has any idea what kind of person I am. I believe he thinks of me as a rabid, obnoxious fool, just trying to be annoying or trying to get attention..

Rabid and obnoxious, I'll give him that.. Trying to be annoying.. Well, chances are, yeah.. Trying to get attention? That's possible - but

I am nobody's fool.

I have a list of questions. I hope some of them cause him cancer. Also, it'd be nice if one or two were answered ...

They might be trying to get you to do something to justify terminating you...be careful.
