From what I've seen running SP2 Beta, it's there and it's called the Security Center.
If you have Automatic Updates off, the firewall off, no anti-virus, or any of the above is not up to date, it will nag nag nag you.
It is not easy to turn it off.
If you do so much as refuse to restart your computer after applying updates, it will pop up a balloon every five minutes reminding you to restart your computer.
Annoying, but as far as I'm concerned, this is a good thing.
MS should have done that a long time ago. You can't expect an inexperienced user to do all of that if they've never had problems in the past . . . Actually you can't expect an experienced user to either . . . lol
