Hey everybody...Just joined the group. I used to do tech support for an ISP in Michigan. I do more custom app development now for the ISP but I still talk to people.

I know all of your fears...I figured this was as good of a place as any to get all that frustation out when I need to.

Before I go, I thought I would say that I just love it when a customer calls and the first thing said is "I was deleting some files and now my Internet doesn't work!"...

*note the EXTREME sarcasm there*
