Why do the people who know nothing about computers find it necessary to use the most "up to date" pieces of shite.

"I don't know what a computer really is. I don't know how to use my mouse. I didn't even know that you could unplug the phone chord running from the computer and plug a phone in there so I could be in front of the computer when I call you for help. BUT I am using Netscape 6!! Aren't I cool?"

I have a woman on the phone who keeps saying she's never used this computer blah blah blah. She is using Netscape 6. I'm sorry, nobody should be using Netscape 6. But if you are, then you should at least know WHY you are using it. Otherwise, go back to freeeeeeeeeeking 4.7x which we support. I've been on this call for 45 minutes now. This is F@#%$$%ING ridiculous!!

Why sheep can install the beta version of IE6, or change all their system sounds, or install and change their cursors ( which are god awful irritating to have to use when proxied in ) BUT they cant tell you what the name of the software is their are getting the error in.
This is same software they use E V E R Y D A Y at work.
