OK, Mr P-A, let's try this again.

I didn't know it was possible to pull teeth over email. :/ Spelling and grammar emulated.
1st Email: "hey man their are two email accounts not working $name1 and $name2. (also, my email isnt working"
2nd: "oh i could respond to your emails but not the other ones then i tried again and no luck which is weird"
(Figuring I'd hit his first, then work on the others)
"What are your email settings - POP3/IMAP/Exchange, server name, anything else?"

"pop3"
"OK. Well, you asked us to do that domain name change last week, check to make sure Outlook didn't change too."
"let me check"
It's taken 30 minutes to even determine whether or not he spelled his email address correctly at this point, and he "can't use the phone right now". This guy's the onsite IT contact. He's probably avoiding the phone so I don't accidentally show the users how support is supposed to work. I hope this is billable.
