Incoming tickets from end users seem to come in two flavors: "I'm talking to a computer" and "I'm talking to a person"

I'm not sure which I prefer, or what it means yet on the type of person submitting it. I do know I get yelled at more by those that think they're submitting tickets directly to computers...

A fax that just came in for us said the following, paraphrased:

"Hi, we no longer use your internet services because the company closed last week and in actual fact, we stopped using the DSL in October last year. We tried to inform you a couple of times but we were on *hold*, and we're hairdressers, we can't afford to hang around on the phone when we have customers so we didn't get to tell you.

So btw we're not paying this bill past when we stopped using the internets, k thx".

Yes because, we're psychic, and despite you not bothering to inform us even by phone, let alone in writing (as you're actually meant to do), somehow we should have just known.

Out hold times are within 1-5 minutes 99% of the time AND we're open til 9 every night, so I dont know wtf she is talking about.

Entitlement bitches can go suck a f*ck. Why do people think they can get away with this crap so regularly?
