So, I haven't posted here in a while (although, I have to admit there's been a lot I could).

Anyways...one of my friends here is a Senior Support Analyst, and while venturing through web-tickets, he disocvered this doozy of a gem:

"6/10/2009 2:34:11 PM xxpieguyxx

Please send the full email addresss of the sender of the legal files/documents. Most of the mail blocked appears to be spam such as the mail released to caller on 6/5 with the subject "Increase your male volume energy and dimensions" and the mail released on the same day with the subject "We know how to get your small buddy up""

A few things:
1) User ID of the user has been disguised, as I'm awesome like that.
2) This is purely a WTF.
3) xxpieguyxx is actually a 3rd level tech from the mail filtering group that was originally assigned to the ticket.
4) Is there a reason that either of those subjects had to be posted? I don't think so.
