Why can't an IT contracting company* send out interactive PDFs? If you want to show the world that you've got some hefty IT talent to show off, then at least give me an intelligent form that uses technology that's at least five years old. I'd hate to think they do this to clients as well.

And no, jpgs of IRS forms are bunk**. I can just go to irs.gov and get the real form, thank-you.



*Why, yes, I have offered to do it for them and help them look more professional. I even sent them a proposal last year in *.ppt, because these people think in slides.
