Dear Panicky And Tech-Clueless Co-worker

I have many more important things to do than upload copies of your PDF files to your websites. I understand that you're panicky and get twitchy when things don't happen exactly on your timeline.
But as a fellow professional, I'm sure you know I'm aware of your deadlines, and keep them in mind when I plan my day. I've told you this in the past.
Therefore I'm sure you'll understand this: When you get snippy and sarcastic with me, your work instantly gets shoved to the bottom of my pile. Everything anyone needs from me at any time, regardless of THEIR deadline instantly becomes more important than your files.
You're lucky I got to it today. Next time, I'm putting in a cron job to upload these files five minutes before your deadline, turning off my phone and going home.
No love,
me.
