Dear psychoprof,

Do not be shocked that I do not answer your three e-mails sent during the weekend about whether or not I've ordered a new power brick for your PoS tablet PC (I repeat myself there, but that's beside the point). We do no ordering on the weekend, and it won't be shipped until Monday anyway.

Also, don't get snippy that I cannot "fix" the old one. It shorted and nearly caused a fire in your office. That smell of molten plastic that's still in your office should tell you it's beyond repair.

I've just been told by an ISP's tech support that one of my mailservers is misconfigured because it's closed to relaying unless the rcpt to address is a valid local address or the sender has authenticated against the server.

And it's only Monday.
