Saw this ticket scoot past in our queue a while ago:

These are notes from second line, people! I am not even halfway kidding! I thought this one was consigned to the bin along with the cupholder and 'I need a computer to connect to the internet?!' instances, but apparently I was wrong.

Of course, I shouldn't be surprised when I handle at least three no sync faults a day caused by, guess what, the customer not even having been provided (provisioned?) yet.
