OK this is the same use, same call
How can one person be this stupid?

error message on computer:      " A stop error requires you to restart your computer"
User: " What should I do?"

They read an error message to me:

Your system has recovered from a serious error.
Do you want to send an error report to microwave.

This is the voice mail message I just got, "Yeah, I'm trying to undock my 'uh docking station and can't and I'm headed off to class and I'd really like to talk to somebody *loud click*"

This guy sounds like Bill Lumberg from Office Space and I have no fracking idea who he is or what his callback number is because he didn't leave it!!!

**head-desk**

I had to share because I know you all feel my pain.

My last day with my previous company was June 6. Today I got this email:

"Am in Switzerland and I need a big favour from u. Someone changed my computer to become a part of workgroup instead of domain. As a result it doesn't accept my domain username and pass. Is there a system or admin pass that I can use? Or is there a way to bypass my pass? A quick response is highly appreciated. Thanks"

1) Since only one other person even technically has admin rights on his computer (i.e., would have to log in using his Domain Admin account), I think it's safe to say that he managed to remove his own computer from the domain.
2) The guy who sent this email is one of the people who replaced me as an admin when I left.

I was nice enough to remind him where he can find the information to fix this issue. But if I get another email like this, I'm going to sit back, laugh, and tell him he's screwed.
