Me: (Looking at the media error) Uhh somethings not plugged in inside.
Him: Yea.. hmm
Me: I'm going to get a coffee.

Him: I didn't install windows on it.
Me: heh
Him: it uh doesn't have any HDDs in it...
Me: Guess I was right about the something not plugged in thing then.
Him: ... yea

** I've never delt with rack mounted servers before, nor this model or how it goes through a boot process.
