Being Guineapigged - Win Mob 5 -- Help!

Yeah, not the right place for this... but who better than a bunch of insufficiently gruntled tech workers to give me an honest opinion?

I'm going to be turning in my Crackberry and getting a WinCE type device at work. Yeah - we're going to be supporting these things so I'm being turned into an internal guinea pig. :-)

The dilemma - they want me to choose the device, and I have no clue. Basic Critera - Windows Mobile 5.0 or better. So far the defaults are a Verizon Treo 700w and a Cingular 8125.

Does anyone have an opinion on these two? A "Windows Mobile 5.0 approved" alternative?
