If your such the expert and you know it's obviously know it's our issue, then why are you calling?

Sure, your neighbor is having the same issue because you called him and he said he also doesn't have any internet.

Then, you proceed to say that you work for Motorola and make the "silicon" that goes into these modems, so that makes you a fucking know it all right? Because obviously I'm an idiot who just works the help desk because I know nothing right? They just fill bodies right?

You come work this f*n desk if you know it all!!

Say what you want pal, I just checked your "neighbors" on the street. The people side by side of you are on an entirely different SONET ring than you are. To add injury to insult, the rest of the entire network is online and working. Your the only f*er offline. Yet, you still have the balls to accuse us of a network issue. Perhaps your right, perhaps it's a drop or something, but there's no way for me to know that. The other 4 people off of your tap seem to be working ok. How do I not know it's the drop or something in your house?

Don't get offended because I said I don't feel like arguing with you. I don't. I'm not saying I'm right, but I can feel confident.

Also, don't get upset that someone has to be there at your house because we already have an appointment setup and someone needs to be there to verify the fix. I cannot just schedule a tech for outside because you assume it's not you. It could never be you.

If you know everything, don't call me. Don't waste my time. Go WTF yourself.
