so the family computer wont start. When it's turned on it'll boot up and look fine, but it's like it's caught in a loop because it wont go to the log on screen. I told the parental units that i could probibly boot from the cd and reformat the hard drive, but my mom doesn't want to lose all those pictures of hers [lame]. So in the mean time we have a very expensive paper weight. I dont know what happend to cause this but any help is greatly appreciated.

You really shouldn't call me when you're too drunk to spell your own name.

my first post to this group. i've been watching it for the past few months and have gotten some good laughs but now *grumbles*

my dad just f!cked with the home computer meaning i'm going to have to spend the next few hour fixing it. when he first started i told him he shouldn't mess but sure enough he didn't listen... and now? its bluescreening. *rips off face*

i guess it isn't too bad. normally i work at a community college in the IT department... nuff said.
