Yeah, don't bitch at the help desk because you're stupid and can't remember your password from day to day.

Really.

It doesn't make us want to help you.

People forget passwords all the time, don't try to make it out that it's *our* fault you can't set it to something you can remember. The password in question? doesn't expire, can be between 4 and 12 characters, and you can set it back to what it was before (or, in your case, stupid user, what you thought it was).

Blech.

I hate active directory, I hate active directory, I hate active directory......

Today and yesterday was a myriad of stupid stuff on my part. YES! I admit when I am totally screwing up.

First... wrote down the old computer name wrong so when I went to join the replacement computer to the AD, it didn't exist. DUH!

Second...I screwed up the IP address so bad, it didn't help

THEN, I couldn't rememeber which USER NAME and PASSWORD I have to use for each stage. You heard me right... I got given more than ONE user name and Password for all this. Is it a, b, c, or d. 90% of the time its A, but in this case it was B for part 1, and C for part 2... D is only if I am removing something from the AD...

Did I say I HATE active directory?
