His isn't the only query I've got sat waiting for someone to tell me when to come round and help them. They'll just wait a while and open a new one. Grr.

Hi, we are having a problem with our printer. It squeeks sometimes, it is coming and going. I think it needs lubrication. Please advise
So I wrote back:
If you tie your printer up, or keep it in a confined fenced area, it won't be able to come and go. If you would like a technician to come perform maintance on your printer, please provide the following:
(Ask typical hw information, asset # type, printer name, location in office, etc.)
Now, should I delete that first sentence in my reply to the user, or not? Hmm.....
