ex-deliveryboy.livejournal.comI'm the assistant supervisor (glorified shift lead) for a small, small rinky dink ISP. Our realm of support is very basic....
On of our Customer Service Representatives just asked for some advice....
Rep: What would you recommend when they get the BSOD when trying to connect?
me: Customer calls a local tech to check out their system
Rep: That's the tech on the phone.
me. Call a better tech.
