Yes.  Someone actually paid for their copy of Bonzai Buddy.  And they were seriously pissed when they got their computer back and it was gone.

you know, I don't think I've ever been less dissapointed to get cut off from a custoemr than today. From a woman who was told she'd ahve to unisntall Windows 98. So she went to do so. In add/remove hardware.

I managed not to put in my notes that I'd diagnosed this as a pebkac error, with result code ID10T. barely.

Oh, and this was with the half-smooshed mouse at my new desk. damn shift bids.
