Great well I guess that's better than those customers who call me from their car wanting me to fix their desktop computer that's at home, but it doesn't tell me where in the set-up process the customer is.

I love my job because it gives me money and allows me shiney toys which give me access to others, which I use to bitch about my job.

Me: Um, is it prompting you for permissioin to allow me to connect?
Them: Yes, should I accept? *NO YOU SHOULD SAY NO!*
Me: *THUNKS head on the table* Yes please.
Me: *gets the denied permission message* *Twitch*Twitch* Bit of a problem with the twitching here...affecting my work ability
Them: Are you in yet?
Me: Did you say accept or deny?
Them: I clicked deny permission...*Twitch*Twitch*Twitch*Twitch*
Me: Then no, I'm not in yet. I have to try again.
