Yeah it's always good fun when the "smart" friends and relatives get on the phone. Almost as much fun as the "I'm a network administrator and I know what I'm doing" types.

I really enjoy it when the 35 year old Network Admin puts on her 8 year old daughter when I asked her to make a connection to her internet (dial up) and she did not know how to do that...
