So you know you have a four day weekend because it was the US Thanksgiving (thursday and friday off) and then the weekend where the office is closed. And you start answering technical support e-mails that were clearly marked when submitted that a response may take 48+ business hours and you get the following e-mail:

I cannot see the material on the cd-r. I have a training secessionn at 4PM! Help!
