So you know you have a four day weekend because it was the US Thanksgiving (thursday and friday off) and then the weekend where the office is closed. And you start answering technical support e-mails that were clearly marked when submitted that a response may take 48+ business hours and you get the following e-mail:

(blah blah blah.... boring stuff removed)

I cannot see the material on the cd-r. I have a training secessionn at 4PM! Help!

What part of the 48 business hours did you not understand? Shrug....

OH MY GOD!!!  How difficult is the following direction: "Wait 10 seconds and then turn the computer back on." There's no need for discussion, no need to keep asking, "Should I turn it back on now?" It's a very simple concept: count to 10, then turn the computer back on.

If you cannot follow simple directions, DON'T CALL ME!

ALL YOU PEOPLE HAVE TO DO IS RESET THE COMPUTERAND STOP SENDING THE
WORDS :THE CAPS BUTTON IS ITS NOT.EVEN AFTER I CHANGE THE
PASSWORD IT SHOULD LET ME IN FOR ANY BUT IT STOPS ME FROM
GETTING IN.ALL I WANT ARE THE FOR THE UNIT THAT I HAVE NOW.
LAST TIME I HAD WITH A ITEM THAT I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM
..WHEN YOUR COMPUTER WAS RESET I HAD NO PROBLEM AFTER.JUST RESET THE
COMPUTER AND TELL ME THEN.
