If you are faced with a machine that will dial up and go through the motions of connecting to the Internet but will not load any websites, will not allow you to connect to AIM/MSN/ICQ, will not connect to jacksquat, go into control panel and check Internet Properties. See if it's trying to use a proxy server whose domain goes something like "marketscore.com."

Hello. I work at a call center and I do Notebook support so I thought this would be a good community to join. I had a pretty bad call today, Anything to do with trying to connect people to the internet I cant stand. I gave my 2 weeks notice today, That felt pretty good. Does anyone else here work for Stream International? I hate working there.
