I have no problem helping people with their problems.
But I have a problem helping the sheep.

I swear to you these are actual things we have heard from users.

* " Its says click next to continue what do I do "
" Click next and fill out the rest. "
* " Ok I filled out this screen ( registration ) what do I now? "
" Click next and fill out the rest. "
" Ok I filled out that screen what do I do now? "
" You have to click next to continue otherwise it will just sit there. "
" So what do I do? "
" *sigh* Click next and continue filling out the registration. "
" Ok I filled out this screen what do I do now?"
*gun shot heard over the phone*

* " Thank you for calling, this is Jp. could I have your log in ID please? "
" Whats my log in ID? "
*sound of head hitting desk*

" Im stuck at this box that popped up. What do I do?"
"What does the box say?"
" Ummmm....This installation is complete. Click ok to close this box. What do I do? "
