The technologically inept should not be permitted within 3 to 5 metres of a computer

My mother spent over three hours copying stuff from a number of websites for research material, but hadn't realised she needs to paste this stuff into a word document (or similar), courtesy of my sister not telling her this vital bit of information.
I've told her that she can't copy into oblivion, apparently this could have been of assistance about four hours ago when she started copying.

Hence I believe my family, let alone most of the world, should not be using computers or the internet.
