The customer's computer keeps booting into safe mode whenever he has his cable modem plugged into his computer. The customer had sworn up and down that it was MY fault that his computer is going batty! Of course when anything goes wrong, and they get me it's always my fault.

Honestly though. What makes people think like this? I'm your ISP which means I give support on your internet connection... For example, when you are not able to connect to the Internet. Or when your email fails. But when your HP Windows ME Piece of shit boots up in safe mode... don't you think that you should call your OEM???

Of course you all know this... But God. They just seem to get worse these days... Fucking idiots.
