Tomorrow is my first day workin tech support for Earthlink ISP. i was feeling fine about it till i started reading what you guys have to say. now i'm scared! lol! i can deal with stupid people , but rude people.. hmm that's gonna take some work....
give me a few days and i'm sure i'll be posting some horror stories of my own :)

biggest thing to remember is that if they have a legitimate beef, let them rant, and make a strong effort to solve the problem. If they're being a bitch, and swearing and all, remember that you don't have to take it. 3 strike rule is king.
