Dear User,

I am the IT support person for the company that you work at. I am not the IT support person for your kids soccer, baseball, hockey or underwater basket weaving team. If they've sent a large attachment to your work e-mail address that you cannot open that is not my concern.. Plus, it is misuse of corporate resources for you to abuse our e-mail system in this way.

Tell ya what, I won't turn you in this time if you promise to never bother me with this crap again.

Oooh I wish I could say that to people. Unfortunately our spoiled customers *coughattorneys* call and have us help with their home computers.
