In my case, they're either demanding snots that feel that tech support is leagues beneath them, or they're PLEASE!!! I NEED HELP!!!
It's one extreme or the other.

I think it's actually some of these people trying to be cute/funny/pathetic looking. You know thinking they'll get help quicker.

I just find it annoying more than anything. ;-)

yeah, those multiple exclamation points and question marks arouse my desire to jam a fork in someone's head every time....

If they type in all caps and use lots and lots of exclamation points they REALLY mean it.
