Reminds me of the time I was given a week's worth of multipage physical paper letters (with personal details throughout) to manually type up, print out, stuff into envelopes, and send. It was basically a mailmerge on a mainframe database which didn't have that capability built in.

I made the manager who gave it to me promise me a day off if I could get it done in three days instead of five.

One macro later, the letters are writing themselves, the nearest printer queue is mysteriously unavailable to anyone but me, and I'm folding and envelope-stuffing a couple of hundred letters an hour. One and a half days after the original request, said manager is grudgingly coughing up a day off.

If only I'd been allowed to send the letters to the central printing service at the time, too... total automation!

TAKE! THAT!

The only thing to make that statement more epic would be a Mr. T addendum of "Foo"
