techrecoveryI'm sitting next to one of my flunkies(sorry cary, "techs"), while he's talking a home user through resetting the bios jumpers.
from what I heard, he told the woman how to do it right. He really did. He's being VERY patient with her.
Got the jumpers back on, booted the system. No lie.
"Your jumpers are not configured correctly. Please put the jumpers back on the right way."
Smart-assed BIOS.
