Lady emailed my ISP today to ask us to bill her card, or e-mail her if we don't have it on file. I e-mailed her back saying that we don't keep card numbers on file unless a customer specifically requests it. If she wanted to make a payment by credit card she needs to call us or pay with our online payment form.

She e-mailed us back:

"Please bill my visa automatically for dial up service. [credit card number here]
exp[expiration date here] Thank you"
