Jan. 27th, 2010 03:48 pmI am unimpressed with their hardware and their RMA people. I bought a computer that turned out to be a refurb, and I don't want it. I wish to send it back. The case is marred on arrival and I'm not 100% satisfied. I didn't know I was buying a refurbed gateway computer, for nearly a thousand dollars.
They have already threatened me with www.badcustomer.com within 2 emails.
